As a joint initiative of Study Gold Coast and the City of Gold Coast, this seminar will provide a valuable opportunity to engage with key representatives from the government, education and corporate sectors. Mayor Tom Tate will discuss why the City is placing significant emphasis on research and innovation, international education and the opportunities available for students to make the Gold Coast their ‘second home’.
Study Gold Coast CEO, Ms Shannon Willoughby, will showcase the evolution of the city’s education sector and how the Gold Coast is transforming into Australia’s Favourite Classroom. She will also outline the MOU agreement between the Chengdu Education Bureau and Study Gold Coast as the relationship between the two cities continues to grow stronger.
The presentations will run from 3.00pm – 4.15pm before the guests will be invited to a networking function from 4.15pm – 5.30pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
