Austcham was pleased to sit down with Michelle Garnaut, CEO and founder of M Restaurant Group to get her opinion on gender equality in the business world in China. Michelle opened her first restaurant in Hong Kong in 1989 and has since opened another three venues in mainland China with her most recent establishment being Capital M in Beijing, which opened in 2009.
