On September 15, Chongqing International Finance Square (Chongqing IFS), an integrated commercial project jointly developed by The Wharf (Holdings) Limited (Wharf) and China Overseas Land & Investment Limited (COLI), hosted an opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony to signify its position as the city\u2019s new landmark of luxury, fashion and lifestyle.<\/p>\n

To upheld Wharf\u2019s value of promoting arts and culture and to celebrate the opening of Chongqing IFS, the first exhibition of X+Q Art \u201cI Have Seen Happiness\u201d in Southwest China was brought to Chongqing by IFS. X+Q Art is a famous art brand jointly founded by Chinese well-known artists Mr. Xiang Jing and Ms. Qu Guangci. This exhibition brought endless love and happiness to the city under the campaign theme of \u201cLove Binds Us All\u201d.<\/p>\n

A series of \u201cI Have Seen Happiness\u201d sculprtures showcased happy expressions in different colors. Red for passion, blue for mildness, green for vitality and blue for quietness, all these colors represented Chongqing IFS\u2019 best wishes for Chongqing and expectation to bring unprecedented surprises to the city.<\/p>\n

For this exhibition, the artist Ms. Xiang Jing customized a special artwork for Chongqing IFS based on her understanding of and affection for Chongqing and incorporating camellia, the city flower of Chongqing, to show its passion and enthusiasm. A happy girl with cute bunny ears wears a camellia dress. Her hands are crossed at the back and her eyes closed with a smile on her face. This artwork implies that you will feel happiness whenever and wherever you are only if you can feel the world with sincerity.
