AGM Overview:<\/b><\/p>\n

The AGM offers members the opportunity to hear directly from the Chamber leadership team regarding the Chamber\u2019s performance over the past 12 months and for the year ahead. We will also be holding Board elections for the year ahead.<\/p>\n

The positions to be contested at the AGM for the 2017\/2018 Board are:<\/p>\n

Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, 3 x Officer Positions<\/b><\/p>\n

Important Documents:<\/p>\n

Articles of Association<\/a> – these include important details including who is eligible to vote and details of the above positions.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Nomination for the Board Form<\/a> – this form must be filled out in full before the deadline in order for a member to be able to run for the Board<\/p>\n

Proxy Vote Form<\/a> – this document allows a key member representative who is unable to attend the AGM to have a colleague vote in their place<\/p>\n

Finally, if you will be away and would like to cast an absentee ballot as the key member representative for your company, please contact before<\/b> Monday 20 November 2017.<\/b><\/p>\n

Members Christmas Reception Overview:<\/b><\/p>\n

The Members Christmas Reception will be an informal post-AGM gathering for our members and observing Australian Consulate General Chengdu attendees to enjoy a complimentary selection of Australian beer and wine (wine kindly provided by LuZhouLaoJiao & Shottesbrooke<\/b>) as well as a light buffet. This will take place on the 2F in the Oakleaf Restaurant and will also be strictly members only and RSVP required.<\/p>\n
